In public yoga classes, you’ll practice a revitalizing blend of alignment-precise poses and breath-awareness exercises. You’ll walk away from each class feeling as though you’ve had a full mind-body tune-up.
For individuals who are new to yoga or want more personalized attention, private sessions can take your practice to the next level. The benefits include:
