Ready to prepare simple and delicious healthy meals?

Since 2012 I’ve led online groups through a seasonal Reset, a cornerstone of Ayurvedic practice. Over the years of guiding the program, I’ve gathered my favorite recipes that fit the guidelines: gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free as well as free of refined oils, eggs, corn, and soy. These recipes so delicious, they’re staples in my kitchen all year.

My Reset and Renew students also love the recipes and prepare them even when they’re not on the program! When they asked to purchase the recipe book for friends and family, I decided to make it available to everyone.

If you’re new to cooking, I get it. Living in NYC for many years, I used to eat out and buy prepared food most of the time. But then I realized I could make food that tasted even BETTER myself, while being in control of ALL the ingredients.

Want to start simply? Begin with the roasted vegetables on page 20. Use it as a base atop rice or quinoa, and add a creamy dressing. Or blend with vegetable or bone broth and/or coconut milk for a creamy soup.

Mix it up by having veggies for breakfast, or a smoothie for dinner.

Focus on eating your biggest lunch in the middle of the day, and an earlier, lighter dinner.
