After discovering Anusara® Yoga, Marjorie’s chronic neck and shoulder injuries improved and ultimately completely healed, transforming her practice and leading to her specialty in yoga therapeutics. Teaching yoga in New York City since 2001, Marjorie became a Certified Anusara Teacher in July 2008.

   Private and Semi Private sessions, weekly classes and workshops emphasize yoga therapeutics, and wellness.  For all students, including those who experience injuries and illness in their lives, Marjorie’s teaching helps students create space, stability and freedom in the body, leading to a profound state of healing. 

 Marjorie is grateful for all the wonderful teachers and students in her life.

Level One

Appropriate for students new to yoga, as well as those who wish to refine their knowledge of the Anusara Yoga Universal Principles of Alignment and postures on the Level I Syllabus.

 

Open Level

A more intense practice for all levels of yoga students. Some knowledge of yoga is helpful, and postures will include poses on the Level I and Level II Syllabus.
