I’m Marjorie Nass, and I can help you reach optimal health by learning and implementing simple effective habits.
I’ve been cleansing seasonally for more than 14 years, and in this live, online course, I blend my experiences as a yoga teacher and health coach with Ayurveda, India’s healing and lifestyle science.
I was once all too familiar with the tolls of stress and depression. For a decade, I ran myself ragged climbing the corporate career ladder, ignoring my body’s warning signals to slow down.
As a result, I routinely suffered from digestive issues and slogged through never-ending colds and flus, and seasonal allergies. Finally, an episode of major depression forced me to heed my body’s messages. Depressed and de-energized, I couldn’t ignore my body any longer.
In my quest for health and wellness, I found yoga and Ayurveda and implemented the simple practices which have cleared my so called “chronic” illnesses.”
That’s why I created Reset and Renew in 2012 and have led over 100 individuals through this seasonal wellness program each Spring and Fall.

Frequently Asked Questions about Reset and Renew
Will I be eating regular food on the program?
Absolutely. With Reset & Renew, you give your system a break from foods requiring the most energy to digest and that are most likely to cause sensitivity and inflammation. You are encouraged to listen to your body’s messages about food, hunger and cravings while enjoying a nourishing, whole foods, plant based diet. The program guidelines include dozens of recipes for delicious meals.
Can I eat at restaurants during the program?
Yes, although preparing MORE of your meals is strongly encouraged so you know what’s really in your food. You will learn how to skillfully navigate restaurant menus and what questions to ask. You’ll also learn how to answer questions from your friends, family and coworkers about the program.
Should I quit coffee?
Eliminating or minimizing coffee intake, especially if you are dependent on it, is a powerful step towards greater physical health and mental clarity. If you’re a regular coffee drinker, begin gradually cutting back on your caffeine intake at least a week before the program. Start with half decaf/half caf, and continue from there. Drink plenty of fresh water during this transition. The rewards of the Reset and Renew program will be greater if you take the step in advance. If this sounds really tough for you, there is energy on the other side of the caffeine habit, and it doesn’t mean taking coffee out of your diet forever, just temporarily.
What foods or beverages must I give up?
First, we look at what you CAN HAVE! During the program, we’ll add nutrient dense, nourishing foods. This will leave less room for foods that are hardest for the body to digest, absorb and assimilate, and those that cause inflammation. For best results, you should avoid alcohol, all processed foods including refined sugar, gluten, corn, soy, eggs, dairy and artificial sweeteners during the program.
