Feeling good in the one and only body you live in—that’s wellness in a nutshell. Finding your way to wellness starts with achieving balance. When we’re living in balance, we naturally experience good energy levels and approach life with an upbeat attitude. To obtain balance, we must learn to understand the wisdom of our own bodies.
The first step, then, starts with tuning into what your body communicates to you.
Do you feel rested? Does the food you eat fuel or drain your energy levels?
By trustfully listening to your body’s messages, you establish a strong platform for a lifetime of wellness.
If you’re committed to achieving and maintaining your greatest sense of wellbeing, the customized Choose Wellness program will help you reach your goals. I will guide you in both enhancing and sustaining consistency in your wellness patterns. Your journey to complete wellness will be completely customized to suit your personal needs. With Choose Wellness, you’ll hone your mind-body communication for optimum living.
As your personal wellness guide, I’ll help you craft a 3 or 6 month plan to markedly change how you feel in your body and set you on your path of vitality. Expect to:

Since each person’s body has different needs, I will work with you on an individualized basis, customizing a sustainable Choose Wellness program that suits your needs.
Here’s a sample program:
- Program Design: First, you’ll complete a comprehensive online questionnaire, which will illustrate where you are now and how you’d like to feel in the future. Then, we’ll schedule a 60-minute consultation so you can discuss your lifestyle routines and daily habits. I will synthesize all your information to design your unique Choose Wellness program.
- Feel-good yoga: 1x or more monthly 60-minute private yoga session with me via Skype or FaceTime. Your session includes the design of a home-based practice that includes breathing and poses. Plus, I will show you relaxation techniques that can be done anywhere, at any time.
- Weekly support: 30-minute check-in sessions by phone, Skype or FaceTime.
- Personalized audio-video lessons: You’ll receive customized yoga and breathwork lessons as shared audio or video files. The path to wellness and vitality awaits you.
